APERO EXCHANGE DELIVERY OPTION & CHARGES:
The Company delivers between 12.00 pm and 6.00 pm, from Monday to Friday within 2-3 working days from the receipt of your order and its full payment.
PLACE YOUR ORDER:
Monday before 2pm – delivery on Wednesday
Tuesday before 2pm – delivery on Thursday
Wednesday before 2pm – delivery on Friday
Thursday and Friday before 2pm – delivery on Monday
Saturday and Sunday – delivery on Tuesday
The Company charge at $30 per delivery address, for Standard and Specified Date deliveries within Singapore, for orders of less than $300 ($400 Festive Season Nov-Feb) (excluding Public Holidays).
NORMAL DELIVERY are between 12.00 pm and 6.00 pm., from Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays, within 2-3 working days of your order.
NEXT DAY SERVICES:
$40 Express Delivery 1 Working Day
APERO EXCHANGE will do a delivery on a Next Working Day (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays)
The delivery service is provided as long as it receives your order and its full payment by 2.00 pm on the previous day.
This service is available at a charge of $40 per delivery address, regardless of the value of your order.
FREE Standard Collection Service 3 working days
APERO EXCHANGE will organised at your convenience your pick up from our warehouse during normal office hours.
All delivery dates and times are approximate and the Company shall not be liable for any delay in delivery, however caused.
In the event that delivery is delayed due to any unforeseen circumstances, the Company shall contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time.
The Goods shall be delivered to the address specified on your order.
The Goods shall be signed at the time of delivery. Anyone at the address specified on your order who receives the Goods shall be presumed by the Company or its agents to be authorized to receive the Goods on your behalf.
In circumstances where no persons are available to sign for the delivery of the Goods at the address specified on your order, the Company shall accept your instructions as stated in your order as to where to leave the Goods, and you shall bear full liability for any loss of or damage to the Goods arising therefrom.
Delivery of Goods to addresses within Singapore shall be made within 2-3 working days from the day the order is placed and its full payment is received by the Company, unless otherwise requested when you place your order.
Once the Goods have been delivered, they shall be held at your own risk and the Company shall not be liable for any loss of or damage to the Goods thereon.
International delivery of Goods will be charged; charges and delivery time will vary depending on your requirements. To obtain a quote, or for more information, please contact the Company.
The Company reserves the right to charge for re-delivery of orders that have not been completed due to your provision of incorrect information of the address specified on your order or where no persons are available to take receipt of the delivery at the address specified on your order.
Upon reception of the wines, it is up to the customer to check on the state of the goods and to note any reserve concerning broken, damaged or missing goods on the delivery slip.
FESTIVE SEASON 1st Dec – 18th Feb 2020 – FREE for orders of $400 or more otherwise $30 per location/ $40 Express Delivery
There will be additional charge of $30 for re-delivery should nobody be present to receive the goods(Waiting time is 10mn).
For road safety, delivery time could be affected due to weather or traffic conditions and/or unforeseen situations.
PACKAGING & WRAPPING:
The Company does not guarantee delivery of the Goods in its original packaging.
The Company reserves the right to substitute the packaging or wrapping if necessary. Where applicable, you shall be required to pay for this additional cost.
The Company reserves the right, but shall not be obligated, to remove or edit any content of any message.
Messages deemed rude or offensive by the Company shall not be processed.
Risk of damages or loss to the goods passes to you at the time of delivery. You shall only own the goods once they have been delivered to the address specified on your order and payment received in full.
For Primeur wine, you are advised to take an insurance to cover your own shipment.
Products are not subject to return or exchange according to our policy.
It is only acceptable when you receive a wrong delivery which do not match your order.
We cannot accept return claims for change of mind or once a bottle has been open.
We will arrange for replacement when: breakage of wines in the process of delivering to you.
We decline all responsibilities to other problems than can occur due to misuse or inappropriate handling and storage of our products.
